First Impressions: ring's fit was as expected. (A sizing measurement device was useful in ordering the correct size.) Pairing with the Smart Health app was straight-forward. Initially, recording of heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen levels seems reasonably accurate; I am not sure yet about steps. For health reasons I need to monitor my heart rate regularly. The smart ring is as comfortable as any large ring. After a few minutes I didn't notice it. It doesn't provide as much info as most smart watches (eg., call notification and answering, notification of email and sms messages, weather) but that was expected. The instruction manual is mediocre at best. I haven't figured out yet how to get the app to record cycling or indoor rowing. Neither the instructions nor the app are much help. Hopefully, customer service will be able to help. I have a couple of smart watches that work well for me, but I also have several regular watches I like to wear. For people like me who don't want to wear a smart watch or fitness band on one wrist and a regular watch on the other, a smart ring is an obvious solution. I was pleased and surprised to find a well-functioning smart ring for a fraction of the cost of the leading brands, and one that doesn't require a monthly subscription.

I was so excited to get this ring and I read the good reviews about it, so I decided to buy it. My main reason for purchasing it was to track my sleep because I always wake up tired and just feel tired throughout the day so I wanted to make sure I'm getting a good night's sleep. It tracks your light sleeping, deep sleeping and REM for the entire night, which I appreciated. I really wanted to love this ring HOWEVER, I just noticed that it turned my finger orange around the outline of this ring. Other than that issue, I love the functionality of the ring and all the measurements it takes and the longevity of the battery life. Unfortunately, I will have to return this ring.
