I like this Rimmel product. The eyebrow pencil glides on smoothly and I'm satisfied with how it fills in my brows. What I didn't like with this second time of purchasing was the packaging. The item was wrapped so tightly in small bubble wrap that I had to use a seam ripper to get it out! Whoever packaged it went overboard. I had to pull out each of its three parts separately. Love this eyeliner. Doesn’t run or smudge (unless you purposely smudge for the smokey look). Item does have a spongy point on the opposite end for smudging. No need to sharpen. All you have to do is turn the dial.
