I was worried about buying my first bed in a box. I moved out fairly recently and decided it was time for a new bed and did a lot of research. My budget was tight and I had specific features for this bed from my old bed. Perfect pillow top and easy setup. It was HEAVY, we got the king. We waited the whole 72 hours and some change. Moving it from one bedroom to another was difficult. This is only week 2 but we are very satisfied. It’s soft and comfortable and our animals also love it. It didn’t have a smell, and hasn’t lumped up yet

This mattress is terrible. I of course missed the return window by one day. We were moving out of state and needed to replace our mattress and this seemed like a viable option to get us through the next year or two. We were so wrong. With the king size, even when laying on the opposite ends we sink to the middle. This is an issue I would expect from an old mattress not a brand new one. We are waking up with back/neck pain and headaches every morning. There is no firmness or support. We let it sit for the full 72 hours to fully expand. So disappointed Now we are stuck with this for the foreseeable future. No way to contact customer service and Amazon is zero help. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Mattress does not expand to 12 inches even after it has sat for 72 hours. There is no way to contact the seller and amazon says the only thing I can do is return it. Customer service reached out to me after the review. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The bed is very comfortable. Just from the customer service alone I would purchase from them again.

It's a ok mattress in my opinion. It's not as firm and a little too soft for me. Also, I don't think having springs in it does it any good either!!

This mattress is very soft. It leaves me with aches and pains when I wake up. There is no motionless transfer to it. I feel every movement. I guess you get what you pay for. I went off of reviews and they were a lot better than how I feel about it. The mattress looks very nice, it arrived clean, no smell, popped up nicely out of the packaging. But I was expecting based on reviews for it to be more firm than it is and body contouring and not able to feel movement.

Had this bed for a week and it is so comfortable! Definitely a soft medium but it just hits the spot after a long day. I was kinda nervous because of the price but it exceeded expectations! It maybe had a slight scent out of the box but went away quick. It also inflated quickly as well! You might slightly slide off too close to the edge but so far I haven’t had any problems. My husband is also a tall large man and sleeps really comfortably on it. I definitely recommend!
