Giving 5 stars to begin with, though we've only had our King size mattress for a week. The rating is based on the speed of delivery (only 7 days to come to us across the country from California to Connecticut), the price being quite low compared to local walk-in mattress stores, and the comfort being surprisingly good. The package was heavy and large, but that's to be expected when you order a boxed King sized mattress. I mention it only so that you remember what's in that box when you try to wrestle it into the house alone. Once upstairs in into our master bedroom, everything was a cinch. It came out of the box quite easy and we opened the vacuum seal as instructed, and the mattress immediately came to life expanding. (make sure you open the seal in an open space large enough for it to unroll and expand) After it looked like a regular mattress, we put it up on the bed frame and left it for a few hours. The instructions said something like 24 hours required, but it was ready by bed time. When I first sat on it, I doubted. It felt too soft and like there was too much give for a medium firmness mattress. However, my doubts were laid to rest, literally, when I lay down and slept. The mattress was more comfortable than our previous one, which we bought in a show room over a decade ago. Plus, our old mattress was nearly 3x the cost! So far it's been a week. I'm still enjoying how the top few inches are pillowy soft, and it shapes to the contours of my body when I roll - something my old mattress didn't have. It feels just right on my back, which means not too soft and not too hard. I would recommend this mattress, especially at this price. In fact, I already shared a link to the one I purchased to a family member in search of a new one. I'll update if something else happens to change my initial opinion, but for now I'm pleased with my purchase.

Bought this for a queen bed frame, I honestly don’t order mattresses online. Mainly because I can’t see them, or look at the measurements on the box. But I measured a lot, and did plenty of research and I ordered this and it fit very nice. Oh and it’s quite comfortable!

So, first of all, I like this mattress, but only because I was looking for something very specific. I'm heavy-set and I wanted something thick and with good support so that I wouldn't get the dreaded divot. All the reviews say this mattress is 'comfortable' and 'medium firm', but JFC, this was the hardest mattress I have ever attempted to sleep on in my life. I 'slept' one night on it and immediately went to Amazon to buy a 3" egg-crate style topper, because bare? I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pros of this mattress are as follows: *Good support (this is an understatement. If this thing develops a divot, then I have a pair of bowling balls for an ass). *After a few days it did inflate to the full 14". I will have to buy a deeper pocketed fitted sheet for it, because it's tall, and with the topper, a regular one just won't do. *It's made well, and while others have said that the coils don't seem to be individually wrapped, I also haven't noticed a bunch of movement transfer when I get in and out or move around. *I feel like it will hold up well under a bit of extra weight. The Cons: *This b*tch is firm AF. My first night on it was serious, and I barely slept. Now that I have a topper for it, it's perfect, but it definitely needs that extra 3" of something soft on top. So, if you're like me and you're looking for something that will not cave under the pressure of your backside, then get this. I'd definitely buy it again, but I'd also make sure I ordered a topper, too.

The bed is very comfortable but my only complaint is that it’s a bit bouncy and sort of feels like you’re sleeping in a bounce house but other than that I sleep well In it.

Mattress was easy to set up they include a special blade to cut the plastic so you don't rip the fabric. Unrolled and it expanded quickly, no strong odors. Ordered the 10" and it actually seems taller. Nice soft fabric, med firm feel. I'm giving it a couple days to fully expand before I sleep on it.
