I recently purchased this bed and the instructions were clear and I was able to move it and unpack it on my own , I'm 4 foot 10 inches and weigh 107 lbs, it was manageable even for me . This bed is super comfortable its like sleeping on a cloud , I will update once 30 days have passed .

I saw different reviews and figured I'd try it out. Not disappointed. Of course it's not a pillow top posture pedic but for what you pay for i believe I definately got my moneys worth. We went with the 12 in medium firm.

I feel more than cheated. Can't even describe how upset I am. $300 gone. I purchased a bed in a box from another manufacturer for my mom, who is 83. That one is fantastic! It even stopped the progression of a pressure sore and it provides excellent support. THIS mattress has ZERO support. Please read on for all the terrible details and save yourself the suffering - buy a different one! I ordered the queen 14 inch. Let it sit 96 hours. It reached 12 inches. Did they send the wrong one? It's pure MUSH. No support. You can feel the springs! Again, let me repeat that: you can feel the springs! I'm a 200 pound guy and I just sink into it. The pressure on my hip and sciatic nerve is awful. My lower back is killing me when I wake up. My legs hurt. Wow! I don't understand how anyone could be OK with this. Maybe for a small child it would be acceptable. There is no edge support at all, it just squishes down. This is not a huge issue for me, but might be for you. However, the fact that I am sleeping in extreme discomfort is a major problem. I was so looking forward to a comfortable mattress and had that good experience with the one I got for my mom but this absolutely stinks. I spent a long time comparing mattresses and was fooled big time here. My old mattress had a dip in it that formed after several years and I couldn't use it anymore. But at least it started out OK! This one arrives ready to cause you pain and a miserable night's "rest". I've used it for several nights now, foolishly hoping somehow I might adjust to it, but while a mattress might get broken in and softer, it's not going to get firmer, obviously. There's barely any top padding foam or whatever they are using simply has no support. I can't even imagine how awful this will be with continued use. I'm actually embarrassed to tell my family how I got cheated. I will contact them but I know it's impossible to return - it has to be boxed. No way I can build a box around a queen size mattress. I'll be happy to update or change the review if the manufacturer can do something to remedy this. Meanwhile, I hope I can save you the regret that I have. There are lots of beds in a box that are great values, like the one my mom has. This is not one of those. Torturous sleep is what I face now until I figure out what to do. ... show more

It was really easy to set up, and we let it sit for 72 hours. After I made the bed I got up and laid down on it and I could not believe how comfortable it was! It's in my guest room, but if I had to order another mattress for my room, it definitely would be this one. I bought a very expensive mattress and box springs for my master bedroom, and this one is actually more comfortable and I paid 10 times the amount for my current bed and my master bedroom. And I had a guest come and stay on it already and she actually stayed another night because he was so thrilled at how comfortable the bed was. She just has spinal surgery on her neck, and has had a really good night of sleep and took a nap this afternoon because it's so comfy!! So I definitely would recommend it to anyone, and I definitely would buy it again. By the way it didn't have any smell to it and the quality is really good on it. Can I ordered a full and it fits the full size bed that I ordered. I have a platform bed that I bought from Amazon, and it fits on their beautifully! ... show more

It was nice and comfy when I first got it. But slowly started to get back pain, soreness, and neck crimps. It’s HELLA squishy. NOT FIRM. The floor is better. It sinks in the middle. My partner and I collectively being 250lbs (LIGHT) made the bed sink in the middle somehow?????????? This never happened to me before, maybe it was our fault but either way. Not my cup of tea. Obviously when the bed sinks we both fall into the middle and cause an overheating sensation. ... show more
