I bought these chairs after reading tons of reviews on rattan gliders/rockers..I chose these because of the positive reviews…while assembling, I ran out of screws..not because there wasn’t enough, but because I used the wrong screws in the wrong places..I’m a 72 year old grandma…( the only negative was the assembly directions weren’t that clear ) .after trying to purchase more from Ace and Home Depot, they both sold me the wrong screws, I had one left to show them, I contacted the seller and asked if they could possibly send me more…no questions asked, they Fed Ex’d them out immediately…I am more than impressed with this seller and their customer service..people come to sit on my deck and compliment my chairs, I tell them all, if you want to buy, use this seller…Thank you so much Rilyson!!! ... show more

The swivel rockers are absolutely what I was looking for. First off, they are the right height. When looking for an outdoor set, I was very conscious of the chair height as some are too low for people with mobility issues to get out of. Second, they are roomy. I'm not squeezing into them and have room for a little one to snuggle in with. The swivel is perfect allowing movement and turns for all directions and conversations. The rock is just a back and forth movement which may be good for lulling little ones to sleep. The tables are a perfect height and the glass top does not appear to be a concern with toddlers around. Now for the "mostly love" criticism. One table went together well and is stable. The other when put together was wobbly. Taken apart and repositioned the legs seems to mostly take care of the problem but there is still a wobble. This seems to be due to the way it was made. Overall, happy with the set. ... show more

I bought 4 gliders. All parts/tools were there and, with the exception of the seat, pretty easily assembled. They could rework the way the screws are assembled in the side of the seat area. That being said, the end product is very nice looking. They glide and turn with ease. I do love them. And use every single day😊. I would buy these again and do recommend them. ... show more
