I bought these chairs after reading tons of reviews on rattan gliders/rockers..I chose these because of the positive reviews…while assembling, I ran out of screws..not because there wasn’t enough, but because I used the wrong screws in the wrong places..I’m a 72 year old grandma…( the only negative was the assembly directions weren’t that clear ) .after trying to purchase more from Ace and Home Depot, they both sold me the wrong screws, I had one left to show them, I contacted the seller and asked if they could possibly send me more…no questions asked, they Fed Ex’d them out immediately…I am more than impressed with this seller and their customer service..people come to sit on my deck and compliment my chairs, I tell them all, if you want to buy, use this seller…Thank you so much Rilyson!!! ... show more
