The media could not be loaded. I bought this bike 2 months ago have crashed it like 5 times on road and dirt still works perfectly fine it is the best e moto for its price it goes up to 40mph this is a great little bike I did a spray painting job and nothing broke, for only 1k would recommend

Please don’t waste your money and time on this bike. The motor is a hub type motor that is placed in the back wheel and it went out the same day we got it! This was a birthday gift and what a bummer when it stops working the same day you get it! It’s also pricey for poor quality! I’ve been in contact with the company and they are willing to replace the motor but not the entire bike, the bummer part yet again the motors are currently out of stock so that’s another sign not to get this bike! Hopefully I can save someone from going through the situation we are currently in with this bike! ... show more

This was a pretty fun bike Purchased it for my son. Unfortunately, a week after receiving it, the bike started to shut off. I contacted riding times and they were very responsive. Told me that the battery might need to be replaced and asked me for my address. And to send a picture of the current defective battery. But that is the last I heard from them. All the emails have slowed down and have yet to respond. So if you receive a Bike that actually works properly, you just really may enjoy it. But if you have to deal with customer service. It’s gonna suck. It was originally a Christmas gift and with next week actually being Christmas it doesn’t look like my son will have a properly working bike. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Awesome bike, my 8yr loves it. Did show up with a scuff up battery, wrote to the support email now waiting to see what they say. Good thing motor, battery, and charger comes with 2yr warranty. This was the main reason I bought this one.

Do not buy from this seller. Would not recommend at all. The bike malfunction, the brakes weren’t functioning correctly causing an accident. I contacted the seller several times and they kept insisting on sending replacement parts for a bike that does not turn on (on top of that, I wouldn’t even know how to replace the parts) and refused the bike return even though the accident happened 2 weeks after receiving it and contacting them. I’ve been going back and forth with the seller for 2 months now and they have not authorized the return not given me my money back! ... show more
