Boots had clearly been worn. White bottoms were brown from dirt. Sides of sole were scuffed. I had to keep them because I needed them the next day. Irritating. Returns in bad shape should charge the original customer a fee. They should not be resold as new.

The boa cable broke on the second day of riding. The material around the loops freyed easily. Sending them back. Comfort was good so very disappointing.
