I purchased the Ricoma Auto Open Heat Press with high hopes, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The machine stopped working after just three months of use, and getting support has been nearly impossible. Replacement parts are not readily available, and Ricoma’s customer service is unresponsive. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and followed up numerous times without resolution. For a premium product, I expected much better reliability and support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I have the htvront auto heat press and wanted a bigger one. I did the research and this purchase has not let me down. Buy this first you can do more amd do it faster. I am not mad about the price and the free shipping with Amazon. It heats evenly, it is heavy and will stay put. It is well made and you csn adjust the pressure. Lastly, she performs like a dream.

I’ve been trying to find the right solution for my printing needs. I love that this heat press has the ability to set it and forget it. The top pops up when the shirt is ready. Pre-treated items and non-treated tees work well on this machine. Can’t wait to bring this to trade shows with me.
