Very sturdy and well made. I needed to assemble in living room to allow for more space. I put a queen mattress on this without box springs and I sleep on it very well. It is for my 12 old grandson and he likes this and finds it comfortable. FYI he weighs more than me. He broke a box spring by running and flopping on it. So far this has held him well. Update: 6/29/23 One of the steel slats broke in two and was laying under bed. My grandson uses this bed when he visits. I guess him to be 5’ 6” and approx 175 lbs. I contacted company to see if they sell parts but have not heard anything back. So Not As Sturdy as I thought! In two months broken slat. What will it be like in 1 year? I wish I had purchased the warranty! ... show more
