I am not a lightweight, but when I roll the ab trainer I have no concerns that it cannot carry my weight. I consider myself pretty fit but this thing kicked my ass today! 😂 Really recommend purchasing this 3 rounds ab roller! You better believe I'm going to purchase one and I will master this exercise! Except, Crazy easy to assemble these 3 wheels up. You just slip the wheels and one handle on and just took 5 seconds, you're done. The 'tire' is very rubberized making it really non-slip on any surface. Unlike sigle wheel, this roller never moves side to side to much, and never makes for an unnerving exercise. Man, this thing is no joke. If feels pretty comfortable to use. I like the pad for the knees, cus the floors where I'm at are hardwood. I don't really understand what the bungie cord looking straps are for, but okay. This is a very durable mechanism. I was 330lbs at the time of starting use, but this thing doesn't seem to be damaged in any noticeable way. Also, provides a very hardcore workout. In my workout class we were challenged to do rollouts on a weight bar. That caused a lot of soreness in my ab area. So therefore I decided I needed to work that area more often. I like this because it works well, does not slide so easily that it gets away from you, was extremely easy to assemble and does just what I want it to.
