Since 2022, I've used this bag 1-2 days a week for commuting to work (when the weather is nice). The 12L is perfect for holding a change of clothes, a towel, toiletries, a little food for the evening ride home and a rain shell strapped to the top. It fits snug to my Tumbleweed rack. I leave a pair of shoes at the office, so I don't have to worry about that. It's held up very well. I haven't tested it for waterproof-ness, but I pack my clothes inside a dry bag before putting in here, so that's not an issue either. Not sure I'd trust it for bikepacking or anything too rough, but for commuting, it's great.

I ride with bag on my bike everyday. It's spacious and I can pack everything I need in the bag. It easily holds 2 replacement tire tubes, small air pump, tire patching tools, my small bike took kit, personal items like wallet, etc, and still has room for a jacket or snacks, etc. The pocket for a waterbottle is large and easily carries an extra bike water bottle. When I go bike packing, I can fit my stove, kettle, and a few dried meals in the bag without having to remove the tire tubes and tools. I put my tarp on top and secure it with the stretch cord. Ive had it in a rainstorm and the included rain cover easily fits and has enough space to cover the bag with a jacket in the stretch cords on top. It has safety relectors, but I easily added a red flashing light to the loop on back. I would buy this bag again, and I've recommended it to a few people.

I have the Thule pack n pedal rack and this installed easily and was very secure. The size was adequate and had plenty of storage with the side pockets. The inside pocket, with only my bike multi tool was heavy enough to keep the top from opening all the way without the top from falling over, which was kind of annoying when trying to load and to get stuff out of the inside compartment. Also, I wasn’t confident in the zippers. They didn’t break but they weren’t easy to slide back and forth and perhaps with enough time and wear and tear, they could possible fail. The added waterproof cover was nice, but I wasn’t able to put that to the test. Went ahead and replaced with topeak trunk bag.

I have a Bontrager MIK system rack bag that I paid $160.00. The MIK system retainer slide snapped off rendering this bag unusable. I guess you could duck tape it to the rack but anyway, TREK honored my warranty ( thanks TREK ) even though the bag was 1 month past the 1 year warranty published in the bags nomenclature. They are on backorder so I needed a quick bag, I ordered this one from Amazon. This bag is actually very good. The Bontrager is a huge step up but for the price of this i gave it 5 stars. This may be my got to bag as i like it that much.. Happy trails!

Ah, the bicycle trunk bag – the unsung hero of my cycling adventures! I have to say, this little gem has been quite the sidekick on my journeys. So many bike bags are the same size, which is too small! This bag is the perfect size for what I needed. I have an Aventon Aventure that I ride to work. My lunch and bike charger easily fit in the main compartment. The side pouches are big enough to hold fat tire replacement tubes and a patch kit on one side with a little room left over. The top compartment I use to store my hat and a large hardcase for sunglasses. The two dividers are fantastic. Without the dividers the main compartment has enough room to hold an extra aventure battery for longer trips. Zippers are very nice with rubberized tabs for grip, main compartment zippers also have a lock ring for a luggage lock. Overall this bag is fantastic, highly recommend if you want a larger bag to store an extra battery, charger, lunch, or gear.

I have had this bag on my bike for a couple of weeks and am very impressed with the quality. The material is not the standard nylon canvas-like fabric, it's smooth and has a very high quality feel, almost rubber like. It's water resistant, but also comes with a full cover if it's going to be exposed to rain for an extended period of time. The zippers have a feature where the sides close over the zipper teeth to keep water out - very nice. I have a full set of tools, snacks, water and it holds it all. So far I like it a lot.

I love this bag. I’ve been through 2 of them now though. The main compartment and the design are a great blend of space and size for a commuter bike. HOWEVER. The zippers on both of mine have broken making the bag useless. The 1st one Amazon replaced, the 2nd I got so frustrated I didn't request a replacement, and now I think I’m past the time I can request one. I’ve Circled back to look at maybe buying yet another one though, cause the few I’ve gotten to replace it, I’ve been unhappy with the size. This one is just so good. Hopefully the zippers on the 3rd one will be the “charm”… so buyer beware… the bag is awesome… but your zippers will probably break.
