Cons: not much cons, may be a little bigger and tougher fabric for the storage bag that comes with it. That doesn't have an effect on the using the straps. I will primarily be using them to strap down my super heavy Indian Pursuit motorcycle in our new enclosed trailer. I have no doubt that they will perform as expected. I was disappointed with the carrying bag that came along with it. The first set I bought came with a nice canvas bag with a zipper to store them nice and easy. The second set I bought came with a plastic drawstring bag that has already ripped. As far as the product goes I love them. They work well.
