It's a nice hitch. I like that it's lighweight for it's capacity. 12,500lbs Nice to have the 2 common ball sizes together, instead of 2 hitches. My only complaint is the pins and their locks are big. Making it difficult to access my safety chain loops. But in their defense. my receiver has beefed up safety loops. I had to get some shackles to drop the chain loops down. Great Product, I had a B&W tow and stow before, this Rhino has far less slop and also is rated for more weight. The black aluminum finish looks great. I love it so far. I only wish the locking pins were a little shorter, they look a little funny stuck way out of the side.
