The media could not be loaded. I picked up this light roughly a week ago. I have been making a shift to using a lot more LED lighting than just using lights like the AD200. I have found that the LED lighting offers a lot more in the way of creativity and control. I have 4 of the flat panel LED lights and two wands that I’ve been using the majority of the time but I wanted something additional to tie it all together. When I saw the light’s small rounded shape and the ability to mount onto a camera I was sold. I didn’t expect it to be nearly as powerful as it is based on the size. The variety in the scenes mode has me thinking of using it more as a primary light for setups rather than a strong accent light. I think my favorite scene mode is probably the light bulb. It is going to be perfect for my October creepy shoots. One huge selling point that it has that my other LED lights don’t have is the ability to program some of your own scenes. It is dynamic enough that you can really mold its utility around your concept rather than just making something work. The battery life on it has been very impressive. At my last shoot, both of my wands died from use while this guy just kept on going without any problems. You’ll see in my review video where the light itself takes a little bit of a tumble and never skips a beat. The package comes with some mounting options for your desk to keep it near. I happened to have it mounted on a tripod but kept turning it back and forth showing the scenes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I doubt I’ll ever buy a flat panel LED again. The person I can see making the most out of this light would be the person shooting video or the event photographer that wants more than just an on camera flash. This definitely gives you the ability to get creative while keeping your mobility. I should also mention while it is light weight, it doesn’t feel cheap. Some of my other lighting at times I fee sacrifice durability for weight. I’ve used it on 3 shoots now and just throw it in my lighting bag without worrying about being gentle with it. I would 100% choose this over a ring light. You won’t get the weird alien looking eyes with it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product for accent lighting when photographing products but I also intend to use it on my night time portrait shoots or studio work. I have only had it for two weeks, but in the short time using it, I am ready to order a second one as we are a married couple and we both do photography. There are many creative uses for this product. If your looking for a portable led light that does both bi color and RGB, look no further. @jfranco328 on Instagram.
