I accidentally ordered the wrong color, and they were able to intercept the package while in route and make sure I got the color my son wanted. All in time before Christmas as well. Inconsistent quality. some e500s come with a fastace rear shock that actually works. The one I received has the same rear shock from a razor that is half the price and has no rebound dampening
