The kids love these bikes! We did have the controller stop working. We contacted the seller and they sent us the replacement controller free of charge. They have been really good to work with.

This bike is a complete scam and a serious safety hazard. The listing claimed it supports 200 lbs, but the actual bike is labeled for only 110 lbs max. My son is 150 lbs (well under the advertised capacity), and the tires went flat immediately when he sat on it. The bike is also much smaller than advertised — his knees hit the handlebars, and he can’t even use the foot pegs properly, making it impossible to ride safely. Even worse, after charging, the bike started giving off a burning smell near the rear tire area. This is an electric bike with a lithium battery, and that kind of issue is extremely dangerous. When I reached out to the seller, instead of honoring the return, they told me my son should “spread his legs” so his knees wouldn’t hit the handlebars — an irresponsible and unsafe suggestion. Then they refused to provide a prepaid return label, claiming lithium battery restrictions, and offered me only an $80 partial refund to keep a defective and unsafe product. This is not a matter of “preference.” This is a product that was falsely advertised, defective, and unsafe for children to use. The seller is misleading customers, refusing valid returns, and trying to pay people off with partial refunds instead of standing behind their product. Amazon should not allow sellers like this to operate. If you value your money and your child’s safety, do not buy this bike. ... show more

Great value. My 4 y/o fits perfect. The speed modes were good to get her up to speed. Geometry is a little off compared to a staycyc or some of the other more popular options and she was definitely a little more twitchy on this one but now she’s figured out the handling. We will be looking toward RFN for my younger ones in the future. ... show more

The Warrior Kids 500 has been a big hit with my 8-year-old daughter. She says it glides over bumps way better than her old ride, which I think is thanks to the suspension. The frame feels solid, and the tires actually look like real off-road ones, not cheap plastic.The throttle is smooth and easy for her to control — no sudden jerks — and so far, after two months of riding on grass, gravel, and a few small slopes, it hasn’t given us any trouble. The battery still lasts the same as when we first got it.If you’ve got space to ride, like a park trail or a dirt path, this rfn electric dirt bike for kids really shows what it can do. ... show more
