Packaging: Came on time, professionally packaged and brand new equipment. [I've had past products from other companies that came missing or were used. So this was a big deal for me]. Every item was present and the quality is great! 2. There is a manual that comes with it that helps show different exercises and movements that can be done. Additionally, you can go online and find some helpful videos they have for training. This is super helpful because I've learned so many different exercises and there is guidance which motivates me even more! 3. The base is very stable and comfortable to use. The resistance bands are really good and challenging so you know that you will be getting a good workout in it. The equipment is perfect for any level of fitness. The equipment is so easy to assemble since it's just a matter of clipping the resistance bands to the base or assembling the two bar pieces. So easy, it's insane. Again, there are so many different exercises you will be able to get a full body workout and you'll never be bored! 4. You literally can take this ANYWHERE with you! There is a perfect carrying case to put all the accessories in. The base is foldable and then can be carried. It is NOT heavy. It is super light and ensures I have no excuse to not take it with me. Convenience at its finest! 5. Absolutely love this system in every aspect. A full body workout that I can do whenever and wherever I am, especially with the pandemic. This is JUST what I have been looking for! If you are in search of convenience, versatility, and portability, Rex System is for you! After unboxing today, I was pleasantly surprised by the power of this collapsible, mini gym system. I was even more excited to test it out. First off, packaging was durable and all items came as described. Quality is fantastic. The resistance on the bungeed bands alone is challenging and you can even double up the bands to increase resistance further. 💪🏼 What I enjoyed most is the clear, helpful training manual Rex provides to further direct you through varied movements. This system is for all levels of fitness - beginner, novice, advanced, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc. The platform has a soft, foam like cushion that provides a comfortable and stable base while standing or kneeling. There is also thick foam around the handles which helps with less strain on the palms. There is an easy to assemble bar (two pieces) that can be used for resisted squats, overhead presses, chest presses (when bands are hooked over a door), etc. That’s right, you can achieve overhead movements with these bands by using a door instead of the base. Versatility at its finest. There are also wrist/ankle strap attachments that can be comfortably placed on either the wrists for arm raises or ankles for leg extensions (hello glutes)! Possibilities are endless here. This system comes with a carrying case that fits all accessory attachments comfortably. All you have to carry is the bag and the base. The convenience is second to none and this system is truly enjoyable to use. There is no excuse for me not to get in resistance training, especially as the pandemic continues and I don’t feel comfortable going back to a gym right now. This mini gym has helped to fill that void and has provided me quick ease and convenience. Happy training!

Product is cool, lightweight, and seems durable. However Rex tv seems to be out of business so you don’t actually get access to more than 4 guided exercises, which was a large reason for purchase.

Love the design and how easy it is to collapse and store. That combined with the wide variety of exercises makes this a great option for people who want a good workout without leaving their home. I am giving it only 4 stars because there are some pieces that are starting to come apart after a couple months of use. 1) The ring on the door mount has separated and needs to be readjusted to prevent the straps from coming free when working out. I will probably end up replacing this. 2) There are two black plastic pieces on the bottom of the base for each mount point that frequently come loose - usually one at most. Not as big of deal because once you push it back into place it usually holds for the duration of the workout but if I happened to lose one it could be a problem. Aside from those issues I really like the product for the price.
