It is a little sticky but that depends how much you put on, sometimes a lot comes out of the bottle with the applicator, but just wipe it on the top of the bottle until you have enough. It has a nice little shimmer and shine, not too shiny, but feels good on the lips overall.

Be careful extremely sharp! I was very careful but not careful enough I cut my finger. Nothing a bandaid couldn't heal. I hope it never dulls.
