I really like it…when it works. The heating elements will not come on randomly, I have to unplug and plug back in to fix it (which means resetting the time every time). For how much I splurged on getting this toaster, I’m disappointed about the dependability.

so i had been eye-balling this toaster for a while and then bought it on prime day. i've had the product for 30 days and here is my review thus far. initial impressions: when i pulled it out of the box, i was blown away at how sleek/modern it looked. i was actually excited to toast something. first week: the toaster is so cool, i was making little breakfast sandwiches each morning. the toaster is entirely touch screen, which is cool but honestly, the best part is the timer and the level of "toasting" you want on your bread/bagel/waffle/ect. i will say the toaster runs slightly hot, so i recommend a lower toast setting until you get a feel for how the toaster toasts. Thats the only negative thing i have noticed first month: i have tried multiple different settings and food options. even frozen wazzles and it handles it just fine. knowing when your food is going to be done is certainly a nice feature. overall assessment: i'll be honest. this toaster is expensive and probably more of a "splurging" type of item than a necessity. if you want to know what it would be like to toast bread in the future, then this is the toaster for you. Thought this would be nice. At first liked it a lot. How ever it took time to adjust cooking times for various breads. Worked well for whit bread, but for breosh bread would burn on lowest setting. After a year started to loose time. After the warranty ran out the heating element would no longer work. Glad I purchased the extended warranty, got all my money back ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update! The company did replace with new toaster after I returned the old one which is a hassle. I don’t want to have to do this every few months if it breaks again. Works fine for now but unfortunately, I am a little leery and just waiting for it to break again. :( I will give this a 1 star and change it if the company comes through and replaces or refunds my money. We bought this 1.5 mths ago and it started to short circuit and here is the video and pic of screen. Beautiful toaster- not the best at toasting evenly but it was cool to work with at first. For $400 it should be working better than this esp. after only 1.5 months. I hope Revolution comes through. ... show more
