I needed to replace my Revlon hairdryer because the plug fell into the toilet. I purchased this one because I liked the price and that it came with the 2 attachments. Even though it's larger in size all around, it's lighter. I hope it's durable. I can be a klutz sometimes and often drop things. I've dropped my other one and never had a problem. The plastic is much thinner on this one and I wonder if it's going to be durable if I accidentally drop it. It doesn't seem to get as hot as my former Revlon dryer which was the same wattage. I think because the shaft part is longer than my other one, so the heat has father to travel. I like the 3 speed/3 heat settings and the cool shot works well. I think in other reviews that describe it as not cold enough don't realize it's not supposed to be like blowing an air conditioner on your hair, it's "cool", not a "cold", and it does just that. I only dry/style my bangs typically and let the rest air dry, but it's so far taking me a bit longer to do my bangs as again, I don't feel it gets as hot as my former dryer. ... show more

Love it. It works great on my hair. It's very sturdy and the attachments snap on tight. The cord is nice and long. I like the design for button placement and that they slide making it less likely to change the settings accidentally like a push button.
