There are no miracle hair solutions out there, but Revivogen does provide normal volume to my hair without stripping my head of its natural oils or leaving me with dry, poofy flyaways. I'm 43 and still have a full head of hair, but the strands have been thinning since I was in my late 20s. I've started to develop more bare areas on my crown too over the last few years. I've tried several store-bought products before this, as well as a few online (including Nioxin), but this is the only that consistently leaves with me with full, well-tamed, conditioned hair. I researched long and hard about maintaining healthy hair follicles and different ways of combatting DHT (topically and systemically), and I believe it is the the copper peptides and fatty acids in this conditioner that really work for me. It worked very well on my thin and fine curly hair. I was very skeptical at the beginning because my hair started falling out even more than before, but it turned out that my hair was so damaged that it needed a long overdue haircut. Cutting my hair seems to have helped and it’s not falling out like it used to. The shampoo did help my hair look shiny, full, and healthy. I noticed that when I use other shampoos that are made specifically for curly hair, my hair loses its shine and goes back to looking frizzy, which is strange. The shampoo smells minty. A little goes a long way. You do need a hair conditioner if you have dry hair. Mine is. You also need to figure out what works best for your hair. There are unfair things, other than the shampoo, that we do to our hair that really damage it (i.e., hot water, brushing hair when it’s wet, using the wrong hair products, etc). Although I really like the shampoo, I think it’s too expensive, so I’m not sure I’ll be buying it on a regular basis. That’s my only problem with it. These shampoos work really well to slow male pattern balding. But u need to use them right. 5-7 mins of the shampoo soaking in your hair. Then 7-9 minutes of the conditioner. It worked for me. My hair looked better, felt better and certainly seemed like it got thicker

I would give this zero stars if I could. This is 100% a waste of money. I tried the whole thing and it did nothing for my hair. When you’re losing hair your scalp can itch and sting this relieved none of those symptoms. If you’re looking for something that works use Monat. I’ve been on that for a year now and although it hasn’t completely grown my hair back it does relieve my hair loss symptoms and I lose an exponentially lesser amount of hair. ... show more
