This can transport more challenging things like vacuums, tall lamps, a well behaved dog, Costco loads, and more with total ease This trailer was better on every single count than I could’ve believed it would be. From a perfectly smooth / zero resistance ride, to beyond easy assembly and design overall.. this thing kicks a**. I love how easy it is to attach and detach onto the little hitch. It doesn’t even impair your turn radius a tiny bit, and glides right over bumps and terrain as smoothly as it could. But customer service is not very good. The back screw of my bike where I suppose to place the attachment was too big. I contacted customer support, and they only said: return it. I don't like to return stuff unless they are not what they are supposed to be. And this was a really good product, maybe with some flaws in design that didn't consider every possible bike. In the end, I kept it because I attached the support to another screw on the bike, and had to 3D print a support. I am happy with my decision, it is so useful to go to the beach with this trailer. Very easy to ride the bike with it, and so silent. Overall very happy with the product, not with the customer support. ... show more

The trailer is a little tight to assemble the first time but it is very useful. I have had it almost three years now and use it while camping for everything from laundry, getting propane and shopping. It pulls great and easy to fold up when not in use. The only thing I have done to the trailer is replace the inter tubes. Great trailer! ... show more

There is nothing really I dislike bout this little trailer it handles alit of weight and it was easy to hook up and I wouldn't trade it for nothing...it comes in handy for hauling groceries and clothes to the laundry matt, and hauling all my R.C.trucks to go bashing and crawling....great all around trailer...try it out if you don't like it I'll buy it from you .. ... show more

This is a great product overall. I use it with my ebike Wing. Pros - love the cover. Protects whatever you’re hauling. - has rear reflector - pretty much ready to go out of the box - reflective flag pole is useful - wheels are removable for easy storage - customer service is friendly and quick to help Cons - there’s a design issue with the hole on the pole that connects to the bike hitch. The metal with the hole does not align properly. You have to twist the metal to align the hole with the hitch hole in order to put in the latch. Just annoying. - one of the tired blew out while it was stored in my room. There was a loud explosion where I thought something happens outside or a shot went off. I discover it was the wheel that popped. The wheel blew out in the tube near the stem. This blew out after one ride with the product. I called customer service who was empathetic, for EoY and helpful. He quickly shipped me a new replacement wheel. I would’ve given this a 4 star but their customer service was quick to help, empathetic, and friendly. Thanks for the replacement tire and quick response. ... show more
