I really like this bike cargo trailer. Without a car, grocery shopping was tough, but now it’s super easy. It holds way more than it seems, and the wheels make it smooth to pull. The build quality is amazing. It doesn't have any noise. Riding smoothly. Value for money.

This is a great product overall. I use it with my ebike Wing. Pros - love the cover. Protects whatever you’re hauling. - has rear reflector - pretty much ready to go out of the box - reflective flag pole is useful - wheels are removable for easy storage - customer service is friendly and quick to help Cons - there’s a design issue with the hole on the pole that connects to the bike hitch. The metal with the hole does not align properly. You have to twist the metal to align the hole with the hitch hole in order to put in the latch. Just annoying. - one of the tired blew out while it was stored in my room. There was a loud explosion where I thought something happens outside or a shot went off. I discover it was the wheel that popped. The wheel blew out in the tube near the stem. This blew out after one ride with the product. I called customer service who was empathetic, for EoY and helpful. He quickly shipped me a new replacement wheel. I would’ve given this a 4 star but their customer service was quick to help, empathetic, and friendly. Thanks for the replacement tire and quick response. ... show more

I love the trailer! However you MUST be wary of it flipping over, taking you and your bike with it. If one wheel hits a curb, it will launch and flip over on its top, causing rotation torque on the hitch. This happened to me recently. I was riding on a sidewalk, crossed a side street, and hit a curb on the side of a handicap ramp. The trailer flipped, taking me with it, resulting in a hard shoulder plant. Broke my collarbone and several ribs. This problem could be mitigated if the manufacturer used a hitch that would rotate. ... show more

The trailer is lightweight and seems well built and assembly was simple and straightforward , There is only 1 issues with this bike trailer and i have owned many and they all ride DIRECTLY behind the bike this trailer rides off center because of the way they designed the tow rod , the bend is wrong , not defective just way off because more of the trailer rides way to the left and not centered behind the bike if any of that makes any sense ... show more

Happy to report all of the negative product feedback has been resolved. The bike hitch lined up perfectly. The interior fold out frame arms aligned tightly and the pins fit with zero adjustments. I rode around the neighborhood and loved it. I plan to take a 200 mile trip next week. Hoping it holds.
