OK, so I have never really done resistance training exercises but with my limited health condition, I decided this is one of few ways I can keep tone and somewhat healthy so when I saw these, I didn't think twice about picking them up! Using the Retrospec Lift Resistance Bands for my workouts has taken some getting used to. At first, it feels like you are not "working out". Then, you start to feel the burn and that feels good because you know you are getting some shaping happening. As you continue to work, you realize your heart is actually elevated. I found that I can just as easily keep my heartrate up while exercising with these bands as I can when I do some kind of aerobics or running. to get and keep my cardio up. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more. They would also be a great way to warm up muscles before and cool down after exercising. 4 different colors of bands are four bands of different colors and resistance levels that help me with various exercises. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more. They also help me stretch and warm up my muscles before and after exercising. The bands are made of natural latex, which is durable, elastic, and comfortable. They don't snap or lose their shape over time. They also don't hurt my skin or slip off my hands when I use them. The bands are easy to identify and switch between because they have the resistance range printed on them. The best thing about these bands is that they are versatile and portable. I can take them anywhere I go using them not only at home but while traveling. The carry bag is nice and makes it really so easy to keep them together and grab them on the go. If I were fully bodied again, and back to doing my normal exercise routines that I could do when I was, these resistance bands would add a great deal variety and challenge to my workouts and help me improve my strength, flexibility, and mobility. On the other side, NOT being fully able bodied, these bands are perfect for me to use for my home physical therapy and the strength exercises that are essential to keep me at most healthy. Be aware that these bands are not made to fit everybody's height. They do fit most, however if you ae extremely tall or short, or in a wheelchair, they might be just right for you. Also, these are made of latex so if you have a latex allergy, you might want to avoid these. Overall, I think the Retrospec Lift Resistance Bands are a great product! I am excited to have these nice sturdy bands for stretching, muscle training, and physical therapy. Each band is designated with a different color, a different width, and a different amount of resistance. The bands are made of a sturdy rubber, they are smooth, lightweight and nonslip. I recently needed to do physical therapy and have not had the bands that the therapist has recommended, I am so happy that these will meet that need. Each band is about 40 inches long, they fold up and fit nicely into a black carry/storage bag that is included, very helpful for storage. These exercise bands are very well made, and the range of resistances you get in this one package is really nice. The bands have four levels of resistance ranging from 15-35 lbs, which is quite light, to 50-125 lbs. You can do all forms of resistance training, and the bands seem resilient and quality made. I've never had any worry that they may snap on me. They also come with a storage bag, which is nice. My wife and I use a lot of resistance types of bands for our workout. These are sturdy, ,durable and provide a good resistance. I like that there are 4 different levels of resistance to use so that we can rotate out based on the type of workout we are doing and for my wife to be able to use the lower level. Each is well worked but it is obvious from their size which is stronger. The bands dont have any strong odor. Like that they come with a storage bag so we can put them away when not using. ... show more
