The bike seems great and is easy to put together, however there are no front, rear, or wheel reflectors that are said to be included in the instruction manual.

The bike is packaged well, almost every part of the bike came wrapped in cardboard and foam. Super easy to assemble took about 20 mins. Instructions are clear and precise. I really like how the handbrake controls the rear wheel not the front like almost all the others are. Only con so far is the basket is definitively cheaply made and the straps that hold it on are a pain to get tight. Mine didn’t come with front or rear reflectors as stated in the manual are supposed to be pre installed on the bike. Overall seems like a good quality kids bike. Time will tell if it’s gonna be a durable bike. ... show more

Looks nice, loved intensely for about 3 weeks. The ball bearings escaped and scraps of metal came out of the housing. This was beyond my ability to repair. We bought this based on positive reviews… maybe we just got the lemon.

    • Axle nuts stuck in plastic axle protector

The instructions simply said to “remove plastic axle protector” and then goes on with normal instruction on putting on the axle nuts but it didn’t mention how to get the axle nuts out of the axle protector if they are stuck. ALL 3 of the axle protectors had the axle nut stuck inside and I had to pry them out with the multipurpose tool. This ended up stripping the axle nuts making them extremely difficult to tighten and adding lots of extra time to the assembly. Furthermore, this will make it harder for me to do maintenance on the bike in the future. Besides this issue, the bike seems good and the rest of the assembly was easy ... show more
