I had high hopes for this retro stereo because I can’t stand a modern stereo in a classic vehicle. Don’t get me wrong the face looks great and it functions well. The Bluetooth connects in seconds and plays cleanly. Where it loses me is the build quality of the case. The metal feels very thin and cheap. It bends while just handling it regularly for an installation. The wire harness is the same generic one that all these no name brand stereos use. Before I turned it on, I was impressed with the fact that it has a dedicated subwoofer output as well as two sets of rca outputs for a 4 channel amp as well. With that said, an amp is highly recommended to get some good loud sound out of this stereo. Even at full volume, it doesn’t push enough sound to be an enjoyable experience. ... show more
