I bought this for my son’s 9th birthday and it was a total waste of money!! He got to play it twice and then it wouldn’t come on anymore. I popped the back off and saw that it was a rechargeable lithium battery. We plugged it in and kept checking it but it wouldn’t come on. After 2 full days of us trying to charge it, I knew it was a dud and wouldn’t work anymore. I’m sooooo upset that I paid almost $30 bucks for the piece of junk! Back to Amazon it goes. the handheld portion functions. turns on and off. came with a battery in it. there are actually 400 games. so thats cool. it came in the little case advertised as well. it however didnt connect to my tv. and the controller that came with it also didnt work when attempting to only use it as an extention of the handheld portion. the 'up' arrow doesnt work well on the direction pad. it is advertised as new by the seller but maybe it is not. I ordered two different colors. one arrived today. one arrives in 2 days. i will see how the other one functions and then decide what to do next. if however youre fine with the handheld only functioning in the desctription i wrote, then you decide if the price was worth it. im still glad the games are there. im super bummed it all doesnt function together so that i can play it and see it on the tv ... show more
