The headset was horrible. The wires are default to a spiraled state after you pull them out, also when pulling the earbuds out the i almost pulled it off my neck and had to hold the headset still as i pulled out the earbuds. The sound quality was ok considering the price. The functionality isn’t the best considering how the earbuds fall out due to the crappy wires. Sound is slightly lower than I would like since I use it driving. The ear buds are hard to pull out and reyract slowly. Chinese voice for call.. not sure if that matters

    • Poor connection
Headphones are unreliable. They may work for audio such as Spotify or Netflix, but phone calls Most of the time won’t connect. Even when headphones were in prior use, when answering the phone although it says connected, they do not work. If headphones are connected, and you take a call on speakerphone, the headphones will randomly pull the call and not work. So it makes the other person think that you hung up. And you have to manually click speakerphone (repeatedly ) or turn off the headphones to use speakerphone on the phone. When first powering on, the headphones take a long time to connect. If I wasn’t desperate for something to listen to music hands-free and on a neck band so I don’t lose the EarPods, I would return in a heartbeat. ... show more

I don’t recommend these for everyday use. The ear buds are hard to release from the band the sound quality is not great for talking they maybe ok for mowing the yard with but I’m not a fan of them I will keep them for a emergency backup
