    • Thin, peels off, is not like a varnish at all.
The best this product can be used for is maybe paper mache. It’s too flimsy to coat and seal pained furniture. It flakes off and easily scratches off with the slightest rub of anything against it. Never buying this again. Complete waste of time and money.

    • Leaves marks on black chalk painted furniture
I used this over a hutch which I painted with black chalk paint. It completely ruined the hutch leaving streaks and marks all over the hutch. I now have to redo the paint.
