I bought this for my 81yr old mother. She's been using a cane but has been having balance issues and needed more support. She's only had this rollator for a day, but so far she really likes it. She likes how easy it manuvers and that it's lightweight. She said the ergonomic handles felt secure and comfortable to hold on to. She is having weakness in her hands, but was able to apply the breaks effortlessly. When she first sat on it, she sat there for awhile and said she thought it felt more comfortable than her TV chair, and appreciated it's sturdiness. She enjoys walking around in her yard, but hasn't been able to as much. She was thrilled to be able to walk in the yard easily, and to be able to sit and take a break, with the help of this rollator. Under $100 is an exceptional value for the excellent quality of this product, and the freedom and confidence it's giving my mom is priceless. Some have mentioned assembly difficulties and vague instructions. This is true. The first step was the hardest to figure out. I found that Retaoldth has a YouTube channel with assembly videos of all their products, which certainly helped, and after getting the first step figured out assembling the rest of it was simple.

It took me a long time to agree to a walker but so glad I did. This walker is perfect for me because if I get tired I can stop and sit a while. I had to skip vacations because I couldn’t keep up and now they can’t keep up with me.

The walker is great, however, there are some issues I have: 1. The directions to assemble are not only confusing but make no sense. The instructions shows everything in black even though each part should be highlighted to show its difference. The photos didn't help eiither as they do not show the entire part and only a small image. This makes it difficult which is why I came back to the photo and was able to do it within 45 minutes. 2. I wish the backrest was higher and sturdier or at least adding the option to purchase something with more height, stiffness, etc. 3. I wish that there was more accessories for this item. I wish the basket was strudier too. What I like about it 1. I think that the walker is excellent quality, perfect for my height (4'9 weighing 80 pounds) and allows easy movement. 2. Easy to control. 3. Doesn't take much space. 4. Basket is a nice size and can put a lot of stationary inside. I do plan on utilizing it to carry extra items i need for work and projects. Overall, it's a good value for the money. I suggest buying it, however, find other items to replace the basket and the backrest if you can. I'm still searching.

My wife has stage 3 cancer. We purchased a similar model for when she was receiving chemo and radiation. With continued immunotherapy, she became weaker at home and was falling. So I purchased this model for her to assist in daily walking at home. It’s rugged and works wonderfully. I also have a little more peace of mind if it step Away for a moment. Great product!
