Amazing Ice machine. We use this in our soda shop and every loved the ice it produces. Its not a pebble ice but supper airy and great to crunch on. We have purchased two now so we have a backup when one starts acting up. No complaints here.

Unit worked for a few months and now the tray overfills into the bin giving me an error code. Have researched it myself, but if you need product support or parts, YOU WON'T GET IT!!! I even called local people to work on this machine and they refuse to. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? BUYERS BEWARE.

It works!! So i went with this one because of the price/lb ratio. The first one they sent me was inoperable, and I was like - oh crap I should have gone with a larger brand. However, the tech support responded very quickly and sent me a new unit within 24 hours, and it arrived fast. I swapped them out and the new unit works great. Ice in 10 minutes, can't wait to wake up with a bin full of 300lbs of ice. Thanks again for the great support, I would highly recommend this company and the product.

We use a ton of ice and this ice maker fits all of our needs. The ice maker we had before this crapped out on us and could not handle our needs. This ice maker has exceeded expectations and makes ice fast! We heard ice dropping within 15 minutes of setting it up. And it was very easy to set up!

We bought this for our small restaurant, and it does the job. It makes ice quickly and keeps up with our demand. The installation process wasn't hard at all, run the water line and add a drain, that's all. It's a nice size and looks good in the room. Definitely recommend this machine.

We bought it to place in the bay of our Fire Department. It creates great ice, quick and efficiently. Install was fairly easy. It can be hard to bend all the way down in the ice machine if the bin is low. Other than that, no complaints.
