These resistance bands are great. Good quality and was my #1 choice after comparing them to many others. Price and pound range were my determining factors. I'm very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. The strength markings on these are off. I mean, 60 pounds is more like 45. But you can double the 60 pounds up with a smaller one to make them very strong. These bands are all the same length, which is good so you can double them up. Mine came with 3 black bands but should have come only with one. So keep that in mind if you watch my video. The door anchor does work, although I was surprised at how small it is. However, for women and children this band set will be fine. Keep in mind these are long bands. There will be some exercises you cannot do because of how long they are. Even in their pamphlet of example exercises you that have the woman doing the tricep exercises on her knees to be able to get the exercise done properly. No one wants to exercise on their knees. But I've never seen one elastic band set that was so good you did not need a second one. This is why I have 3 different sets from 3 different companies. I have different widths, lengths, handles, and clips. I have this set on my back porch to use as a backup. About the ankle straps. I don't see men using these for anything. But they will definitely work.

If you are interested in using these bands for something like a DVD-exercize program like P90x or T25, this will do what you need it to do. You can use multiple bands to increase the resistance beyond what any one of them will do, and the handles seem durable enough for what one would expect in a kit like this.
