Due to some things happening to the people in my life, I've been unable to go to physical therapy for a couple of weeks. It's really important that I not slide backwards in terms of my strength and stamina so I ordered things similar to exercise items I use at PT. The set of jjshund Resistance Bands Set is one such item. These bands are thinner than the ones I use during my PT session so I especially heed the warning by the company not to stretch the bands past a certain limit. As my PT clinic did with their bands, I knotted these so that I can do exercises for my inner and outer thigh muscles. I experimented to figure out which of the 5 included bands best approximates the resistance band my PT has me use during my sessions. I'm impressed, the jjshund Resistance Band provides the same results as the band at my PT clinic. I appreciate that the box of 5 jjshund Resistance Bands has an insert showing exercises that can be done using the bands. Part of my physical therapy work also involves my upper trapezius muscles and my core muscles. I have to go through the insert to see which examples would help me work on these muscle groups without negativity impacting areas I'm told to avoid. I will soon be returning to the sessions. These bands will help me before I go back. And they will continue to help me afterwards because I can do my personalized program at home on my days off. Once I do go back to in-person physical therapy sessions, I'm going to ask my PT if she can add exercises to my program that can be done with the resistance bands. The price for the set of 5 seems fair given the sheer number of exercise options shown in the insert. As I mentioned, they are thinner than the ones in my PT's office. But, doing as the company states regarding not exceeding an amount that the bands should be stretched should make for a safe and effective home workout.

I ordered these resistance bands for my wife. She has been through cancer treatment and surgery and is trying to regain some of her body strength. She has been working at the local YMCA from time to time but these resistance bands work well for her when she can’t get to the gym. There are 5 different strength bands in this set. There are 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 pound bands. These bands are approximately 5 feet long each. These are not bands that are in a circular formation, rather they are straight bands. Very easy to wrap the end around your hand to gain a proper grip. She has been working with them several times a day since she got them. When she works her way up to a higher strength level, simply place two of them to gather for more resistance. These are working very well for her. Comes complete with a manual on how to use them for the best effect.

Decent set of resistance bands at an excellent price. Each one has the equivalent "weight" printed on the end which is super convenient. My only criticism is I wish they were all a few inches longer. I'm tall and as they are, I can't wrap them fully around my hands. I like extra material to wrap so I get that much more of a secure grip. But since I tend to break through bands for some crazy reason, I appreciate the value of five bands at this price point. Highly recommended.

I got these exercise bands because I've been doing physical therapy and wanted to have similar equipment at home to do exercises there. These bands are similar to the Thera Bands that my PT instructor uses. There are many nice features of this set. First, the range of resistance from 10 lbs. to 30 lbs. (5 different bands) gives you options for different types of exercises. Each band is labeled clearly with the resistance level and color coded as an additional indicator. The set also comes with a package insert outlining about 25 different exercises that you can do with the bands.

This product works exactly as advertised. I got them so that I would be able to continue a PT routine at home for my shoulders and arms. These were exactly the same as those used at the health center, except for the fact that they came in gradations of purple. Reasonably priced. My only challenge is finding something to which to tie them that is the right height. This is no fault of the product, however. Purchase with confidence.

I've been trying to do some at home rehab. The little movements add up to increased flexibility and range of motion. I was thrilled to find bands that were latex free. It's a huge bonus that they are also beautifully colored. I used them the first night and I felt the results the next morning. These are fabulous. My yogi daughter has already tried to claim them. This was a good purchase, I would buy from this vendor again.
