These are actually Legit. Using the heaviest band for hip abduction, and its great. Better than the Tribe bands becoz it offers slightly more mobility/range of motion, which i prefer over slightly more resistance, since I want to improve hip function. And can't beat the price. These work great! They are durable, don't slip, and fit nice. I've had them for a few months now and they haven't lost their elasticity- they are still easy enough to put on and snug once I'm working with them!

At first glance, these bands look REALLY small but don't let their small size full you. I'm small myself but have big thighs so I had doubts about whether or not these bands would work. Well, I put it on one leg at a time and was able to get the band up to my thighs and was able to do squats with no issues. Of course, there's some resistance because of the band but that's supposed to happen. When placed on my ankles, I can do lunges. For arms, I can put a band on my wrist and do "press exercises." After using these bands for several weeks, they are still intact and haven't lost their elasticity. The carrying case is great for travel and keeping the bands together. ... show more
