This resistance band set is well made. The design is thought out. The bands, handles and ankle straps have metal O rings attached to them allowing you to use the 2 included caribeners to attach them in whatever set up you want. The handles are large enough for even big handed folks to use comfortably. The ankle straps are padded and long enough for thick ankles as well. I have only used them 3 times so far but the bands offer plenty of resistance for beginners, physical therapy work, or just normal people wanting to tone up their body. Men or women alike. Probably not for the gym rat bodybuilder but great for everyone else. The carry bag is fine. The only thing I would add would be a metal O ring on the door jamb holder to make it easier to attach the caribeners to. But that is a minor issue. All in all the set is fantastic for the price and highly recommended. Yes the users guide is small but it is just a short list of exercises to get you started. Everyone will pick and choose what exercises they do based on their own desire. I will update my review if something breaks but for me this is just what the doctor ordered. A quality set at a great price.

I bought these bands in January 2022, they have been great. Whether you're looking to tone up, bulk up or both these bands will do that. It just depends on how much weight and reps you decide to workout with. While working out on Monday night doing squats, my 60lb band snapped. Honestly, I didn't know if I'd be able to get a replacement band. I reached out to the seller and they got back to me within 24 hrs. They let me know that they didn't just have a single 60lb band to replace, but instead they are sending me a brand new set. They were courteous, reliable, and professional. I will recommend this product to anyone who has an interest in working out with resistance bands. Not only for the bands but the customer service.

A little about me just to put things in perspective. I'm not the biggest or strongest, but I'm fairly stout. When doing bicep curls, I typically to 8 to 12 reps with 45 lb dumbbells for my max. For triceps I usually workout with 30 lbs DB and do 24 reps. I also own some pro quality resistance bands, that are very durable and have great resistance. We're here to discuss these. I bought these to have a set for travel and for my soon to be indoor winter workouts. I've got about 6 more weeks, before I'm done in the garage until next spring. These bands are decent quality, and have good resistance. They are not on the level of the other bands I have. However, I wasn't expecting the world for thirty eight bucks. The 90lb band is the heaviest, and while its good I find the resistance a little lacking. However, if i use one of the smaller bands with it like the 10 or 20, the resistance is significantly higher. I'm actually impressed with the pump from it. I do like the door jam attachment, and I never worry about it slipping like others I've tried. I think these bands are good for beginners and intermediate workout enthusiast. You can get a good pump from them, but they are not at the level I desire. As far as durability goes; I've only had them a week, so time will tell. I'm going to keep them to have a good travel set, but I can't recommend them for strength training fanatics. Finally, my review score; they don't quite merit a 4 star or a 3 star. I give it a push and rate it a 3.5. I will use them as part of my indoor winter workouts, but they are not a great resistance band. For moderate usage and toning, they should be sufficient.

The extra 60 lb band makes this a versatile set. However, they aren't as durable as others I've had. Three bands have snapped in about 6 months of use. Update: While the above review is true for the original purchase I want to give credit to INNELO for their attentive customer service. One of their reps noticed the review for the broken bands and contacted me. I had no idea the product would still be under warranty until the company brought it to my attention. They initiated the replacements and shipped them at their expense. Honestly, I won't know about durability until the bands are used. However, Rio (the company rep) showed a level of attention and commitment that is worthy of their customer's trust. I don't think a reasonable person can ask for anything more than that.
