These bands are great for working out at home without the need for expensive weights or weight benches. For those who don't know or are unaware, you can use mutliple bands together to ratches up the amount of resistance. Each band has the resistance weight on them so that you can do a quick calculation of the amount of resistance. You can have as little as 5 pounds of resistance up to 105 pounds of resistance for an exercise. These are perfect for toning up at home, or even for Physical Therapy after a surgery or injury. Though even together the resistance weight can't go as high as the upper weight limit that someone can put on a bar at a weight bench, they are also much cheaper to purchase, and you don't need to pay the cost of a gym membership.

Recommitting to resistance training and found these. Easy to use, nice variety of resistance, perfect for women or beginners. I use them at home on a door and seated for most exercises using chair distance for increase or decrease in tension. They work great at top, side and lower door positions, sitting or standing. Very easy to switch handles between bands, but I did purchase an additional set of handles to make it even easier. I also love the padded, free sliding handles that conform to angle of pull, very easy on the hands. I would definitely buy again.

I have been using this regularly (2 or 3 times a week) for 3 months. Today the 20 lbs band broke where it joins the connector. I’d love to get a replacement, but te dealer is hard to contact through Amazon.
