These resistance bands are going to step up your workout game! For context, I bought these while I was under shelter-in-place during quarantine while my gym was closed. I’d always wanted to buy some, but I finally pulled the trigger when I had to rely on home workouts. Workout bands, in general, are a great way to boost you workout, they help you get that perfect bubble butt🍑, they’re easy to throw in your workout bag to take to the gym, and are great for people who are beginners and can’t take on a lot of weight. Now to these bands specifically: When I first opened them it was apparent that the quality is top notch! The material is nice and thick. There’s also a non-slip rubbery lining on the inside so the bands don’t fall down. The resistance of all three are really great. I also love the three different colors they came in. I don’t think there’s a better price to quality ratio out there! I’ve seen influencers sell bands that are this price for just 1 band alone, but with these you get three! I’ve also seen other bands that at this price point, but it’s apparent the quality isn’t quite there. There’s are the best of both worlds! 10/10 recommended buying!

I have musclar thighs, and a huge portion of thigh meat. This product was not created with me in mind! For example the heaviest weighted resistance bands tends to cut off my blood circulation because it is too tight. The lowest weighted resistance bands rides up and folds down mid fitness!

For as long as I've used resistance bands like these, the sizes go up according to resistance and not the actual size of the band. When I bought these, I thought small, medium, large as in light, medium, heavy resistance and not length of the loops. This is why I gave it 3 stars because it was not made clear. All 3 bands in this set are the same resistance level just getting bigger in physical size. While the loops are sturdy and made well, this doesn't make sense to me because the large was too big to even use for squats anyways. I have since returned these.

The bands seem great they just had a horrible odor when I opened them. Will wash and update review if smell doesn’t go away *** smell went away after washing. I’ve had the bands for almost a year and still working great. I love that I’m able to bring them on my trips for a good workout anywhere.

Right out of the bag, I noticed a smell but I think it’s just from the rubber or something. I’m sure once I wash them it’ll be all good. I weight about 265 lbs and these seem to fit. I tried on the pink/middle level and they didn’t roll up or bunch while I was putting it on. It is a tight fit. Since all 3 bands are the same length, I think the other 2 will fit the same way with just more and less stretch depending on the level. Based on the pictures in the instruction pamphlet, I measured my thighs where the model had the bands on. My thighs are around 48 inches with my feet put together. Unfortunately because I have bigger thighs, the bands only went just a couple inches above my knees. While the pink/middle level band was still on, I did some squats they suggested and the bands felt fine. There wasn’t any pinching or rolling like I’ve experienced with rubber resistance bands. I recommend this if you’re my size. Anyone that’s bigger might not have the best experience with these bands. I’ll start using them in my workouts and add anything new.

This set of training bands is so well made. The band itself is sewn closed(no velcro) which is what makes it so strong and prevents from coming loose. I have been using them and they stay put when u need them to(inside of band has grip). The elasticity range is great. I feel the band doing it’s job during workouts. So easy to carry with you as they are not bulky or ridiculously thick. It comes with a set of three bands- light resistance, medium resistance and heavy resistance as well as a draw string bag to store them in which I love I even store my jumprope in it. These bands are built to last. Overall these bands are with me throughout my day. I use them daily. I recommend these bands.

I use these daily for my workouts! They are super sturdy and they don't ride up my thighs for leg day. They come in different colors and the level of resistance varies with the color. The bands come with their own little bag which makes it super easy for transport. I am currently using the light bands and plan to work my way up. Great value and amazing bands for a beginner.
