These bands were stronger than I thought they would be. I've been using flat stretch bands from my PT place and these are MUCH more powerful. And the colors don't align with the PT band colors at all, it seems to me. But it's a great product. Good handles, easy to attach and mighty powerful. I clip mine to an over the door anchor strap with different clip places and it's great. Just wish they were a wee bit longer.

I have some experience with some other resistance bands. These bands are shorter than the bands that I have used in the past. I find these bands to be an excellent value for the person who wants a workout at home option. I have been a gym member of various gyms for forty years. Gyms are great places to workout and socialize but sometimes I feel like working out at home. These bands are a good product to start your own home workout.

Good set with a few “heavy” weights, at a great price. But, they are very, very short. I have another set that is 3+ years old and this set is several inches short. This set includes a few that are “heavier”, which is appreciated. The other set also had a handle break off almost immediately and has had 2 more handles break off. So far so good with this one!

These bands offer a fantastic workout right at home. The variety of bands provides a wide range of resistance levels, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I love the included handles, ankle straps, and door anchor which allow for a ton of exercise variations. The bands themselves are high quality and feel durable. I've been using them for about 24hr now and haven't noticed any signs of wear and tear. They also provide excellent resistance for a challenging workout. There's one major drawback: the handles are incredibly squeaky. It's honestly quite distracting and makes me feel self-conscious when using them, especially early in the morning or late at night. Hven't found a permanent fix yet. Pros: Versatile and allows for a variety of exercises Durable bands with good resistance Includes handles, ankle straps, and door anchor Great for home workouts Cons: Extremely squeaky handles Could benefit from an extra door anchor Overall: Despite the noisy handles, these resistance bands are a good value for the price. If you can overlook the squeaking or find a way to silence it, they're a great addition to any home gym. I'm hoping EASYMAKE can address this issue in future versions of the product. Recommendation: If you're not bothered by noise or are confident you can fix the squeaking, I'd recommend these bands. However, if you're particularly sensitive to sound, you might want to consider other options.
