I’m very disappointed in these bands. • These look identical to other bands I own, yet the performance does not come close. • These bands perform like bands that are very old and worn out, when using them they don’t snap back into shape, you don’t feel that constant resistance in movements because these bands lack elasticity. • One use of rows with red band & the black band and both are stretched longer in length because it doesn’t snap back into shape like it should naturally do. •I bought these to add to my collection of resistance bands. My main reason for choosing this set over others was because the colors and sizes of the bands matched up with the bands I already owned. I’m not sure if I should return these or simply take the loss.

I acquired these resistance bands to work primarily on my lats as well as help with pullups. I was somewhat cautious with them at first because I had never used bands before and I was nervous of ripping them. But these are extremely durable and as the concept works, the more you stretch them, the more resistance you experience. Thus, I usually do things such as bicep curls by stepping on the band with the foot opposite from the arm I intend to work. These are definitely a great product for anyone looking to potentially work on light to moderate strength training without spending an excess amount of money on a weight rack.

This is a strange kit. it has rolls of bands and the straps in bags but no workout guuide or anything. i am still not sure how to use the small belts... will have to google it
