Nothing better than a simple design that works well. That is what I thought when I opened these, mounted them on my smith machine, and tried them out. They come with wall anchors, but I drilled and tapped holes on my smith machine so that they would be with our other exercise equipment. Required purchasing additional hardware, but the end result is much better than having them attached to drywall. Also I can drill and tap additional holes anywhere on the smith machine and move the anchors around as desired without having holes in my wall. The anchors are easy to use, and sturdy enough for the strongest elastic bands (within reason.) The black powder coating has a microscopic texture (they are not smooth) and all the edges and corners are nicely rounded. I could not find a sharp edge on them except maybe the screw holes which will never be exposed when installed correctly. The only complaint I have is that the welds could be cleaner. PROs: + Well built + Sturdy + Good finish + Simple design + Includes anchors, but I would recommend mounting to smith machine or similar CONs: - Welds are not the prettiest.

Got this for the basement workout area as I frequently use elastic bands in various configurations as part of my normal physical therapy routine. Three anchors, stronger than they need to be in my opinion. Workout band (both the flat-type and the tube-type) securely loop under the center portion of the hook. In two weeks of daily use never had a problem with one slipping off as it is nearly impossible for it to do that. At the same time, extremely easy to place the workout band on the device. Comes with a bag of hardware for installing in any number of base materials. I installed to a wood board anchored to concrete using my own fasteners, but plenty are included for installing to drywall. Comes with three anchors, hardware to mount, and instructions. Great product, five stars. Would buy again if I needed them but unless I move I won't.

I have several set of resistance bands and tubes that I use to workout and have used for physical therapy. I was using eye bolts and carabiners, but that configuration was not ideal for the resistance bands. Installed all three anchors into a wall stud in the garage in less than 30 minutes. My only critique, and this is mainly personal preference, I used 3” torx (don’t like phillips head screws) deck screws to secure anchors to the studs. I’ve worked out with these anchors for about a week and I’ve been able to easily transition between bands and tubes with or without carabiners and with various combinations. I would recommend this product.

I've long wanted an "anchor point" on the wall of my home gym to use resistance bands so I wouldn't have to use the door anymore. I decided to pick this model. It's OK, but I'm not too crazy about it. The screws seem way to thin/short/flimsy for the purpose - I would prefer much thicker bolts that I use a ratchet to tighten into studs, not small screws. Speaking of studs, it's embarrassing that they even include plastic anchors with this product. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you attach resistance bands to a wall anchor that is held into drywall! Finally, not too sure about the quality of the welds on these anchors. Spend more and find something else, or at least find bigger bolts to secure it with.

The media could not be loaded. The only reason I took a star off of this is that the screws that were provided were cheap and stripped easily. It's better to use some stronger screws because you certainly don't want this to fly off and bonk you. Once secured, they are ideal for a really good band workout. As we have aged, we've found that bandwork helps build muscle without that much strain. I love this addition to my home gym.

This is a set of three Resistance Band Wall Anchor. The band anchor each use 2 screws. The kit comes with screws and drywall anchors. For my installation was able to screw into studs and did not need the drywall anchors. Despite pre-drilling, I managed to shear the head off one screw. Thankfully there was a spare included. Overall the installation was fast once I decided where I wanted each of the bad anchors. These anchors work really well. They hold the Resistance Bands in place thanks to their design. It's also a breeze to move the bands from one anchor point to another. I'm really looking forward to putting these to regular use. This product works well with many different types of resistance bands. I've used it with flat type Thera-Bands, tube type, and some of the bungee like bands.

This are strong/sturdy wall anchors for resistance bands as well as to hang them up after the workout. I use them to hang jump ropes and other type of resistance bands. I didn't trust the drywall install so I pre-drilled smaller holes before attempting to screw in the long screws. They are holding up well!
