These work okay but found cords a little long for my stride. I feel like I need to do a split to be able to feel the resistance (okay it’s not that bad). But honestly I’m 5 ‘8” and I really have to lengthen my stride to get resistance. They work but would like them a little shorter so my legs get resistance close to beginning of movement instead of of very end of it. ... show more

Looks like a great set. Just opened it for the first time and noticed I two 30lb resistantance bands, and one 20lb band. No "as avertised" 10lb band. Other then that, the set looks great. Sturdy!
