Updated review: after posting my previous review the company reached out to me. I sent them a video and before I knew it I had a new machine at my door, literally less than a week of me leaving the review. The new machine works great, it stays on the entire time and definitely helps the curing process. I’m happy with my new machine. I’ve had this since November but it has not worked properly since day one. It only stays on for about a minute. I stopped using it and then started back a few weeks ago and decided to come check out th reviews to see if I’m doing something wrong. I can't say enough about this product. I was extremely nervous but am so glad I decided to take the plunge. It works great and as a tumbler maker it is a life saver. It is easy to put together and dries the epoxy so fast. If you are on the fence like I was just take my word and buy it. You can thank me later! ... show more

Update #2: customer service was fantastic . Received my new machine in days. I've only run it for a short amount of time but no issues with it turning off so I'm going to assume it works. Very happy with my experience. Update: the seller has agreed to ship a new machine. I appreciate the effort they put into getting my issue resolved. Changing my rating. Hopefully no issues with the new machine! Unfortunately I waited too long to use it and my return window is too late. It shuts off after 30 seconds. Beyond disappointed! I was very skeptical about purchasing this especially because of the price. I love this item, it has been very helpful in my cup making process. It helps even out the resin and dries quickly. Don’t expect it to dry in an hour or so because it’s not but if you leave it overnight it will surly be dry and hard by the morning. I have compared cups I’ve made with it vs those without. The cups that I made with it came out much better, more sleek, and needed less sanding and re-pouring of resin and less bubbles. It is simple to use and easy to put together. ... show more

CONS: 1. No written instructions...only pictures 2. Included 4 pieces not mentioned..look like "feet" or maybe spacers? See photo #2. 3. The back acrylic pane has a spider web cracking near the top. I need to know if the cracking will worsen with use and can you send a replacement panel? 4. The silicone mat is much too large for the floor if the enclosure. PROS: This product was relatively easy to assemble. I have not used the products I cannot comment on its use. I will ammend my review after hereing back from their customer service dept. UPDATED REVIEW Great customer service. I was given the opportunity to either return product or receive a $20 credit and I accepted the credit. I have used the product almost daily and it works great. I live in the Midwest and Temps are getting cooler and the humidity can be brutal, but with the aid of this machine those problems are solved. I can completely finish my tumblers in about 4 to six Ours depending on the number of epoxy coats that I need to apply. I will be purchasing another unit in the near future. My only issue is that there is no on/off switch. The unit must be unplugged to turn it off. The heating unit stops after one hour, but the unit is still on. It needs to have a switch or shut down completely. The unit is very quiet. Oh, and the clear pegs are indeed intended to elevate the unit, if needed. There is no place to attach them, so I just used the flat pcs of stryofoam that were used in the packaging. UPDATE 9/16/23 I have used the unit practically every day since receiving the unit. I am not sure if I will be keeping it. The fact that it does not have a main off/on switch has become a real issue. I also don't like that it only runs with heat for 1 hr is also an issue, as everything I have made requires a 2-hour dry time. I have to manually unplug the unit .     • Doesn't Run!
Update: Company said to get my product replacement/issues handled from their contacts through Amazon but it directs me right back to the direct company website. I am returning this, and it still runs 1 min 30 seconds, not for an hour. I wish I had a better product review to share! Hopefully my refund experience is much better lol (and I was sooo excited to get this..... I am super bummed and disappointed to write this review update for a broken new machine that doesn't run) :( Disappointed! Only runs for 1 minute & 30 seconds at a time (timed this each time) and doesn't stay running! According to the description it is supposed to run for an hour.... I have reached out to the company and will update a review if something changes, but for now - I wish I could give this ZERO stars! Setup was easy, and if it did run I am sure this would be great- but this is doing nothing for me and trying my tumblers :( ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Let me get my dislike out of the way "it won't turn off". I always have to unplug when I'm finished. The blower will stop after 1 hour and 30 minutes but the light stays on. The only concern I have with that is if it stays on and the bulb goes out, what do I do. I see no way to open it up to replace the bulb. I can use my 4 cup turner (with two spinning in the Resin Box and two on the outside.) I just lift the front of the Resin Box and sit it on the lip of my turner! The electrical cord on the back came loose after a couple of weeks. When I reached out to support, they did not seem to understand that I did not want this box because of that and I requested a replacement. They denied saying it appeared to be a result of mishandling. I can post the conversation but needless to say I reached out to Amazon and they sent a new one. Here's hoping it lasts longer. ... show more
