Not terribly difficult. Did most of it myself. It's not impossible, solo, but a second person would help greatly. Speed up the process also. I wanted my door to open from the other side so I had to do a little modifying. Drill a few holes. The latch is really meant for the direction they recommend but it works fine. Otherwise, all the pieces were there and well marked. Fun project !!

I assembled the shed mostly by myself. I do not recommend that approach. The instructions are not clear on a couple of important steps. In the end, I improvised attaching the roof and the shed is complete. The parts are labeled very well. The construction really should be done with at least two people. Three would be ideal.

The instructions are very difficult to figure out. They don't tell you which side is inside or outside. The pictures don't help a lot. I contacted the company and they sent me a link for a video. It was helpful but they went through some things very fast and it was hard to follow. You need to have the perfect place to assemble it. Sliding some of the things together is very difficult. I finally got the top on but still have to do a lot of adjusting to get it to fit correctly. I think when it is done it will be good but I would never buy another one like this.
