To change the lock make sure you push far enough to make numbers change. At first I didn't get the diagram picture instructions on how to reset, but I finally got it. It looks as it does on site. Can't wait to use it.

I purchased this product in 2/2023 and had mild to moderate use from then until now. I could feel the spring loaded clip up top start to get more finicky until one day it stopped working. I can't open up the lock now, it is stuck, regardless of resetting the lock. Unfortunately this was not a good quality product.
