While on vacation puppy chewed original remote in our motorhome. TV sucks with a single power button so TV is worthless and you can't use app remote unless you use the original remote to allow app remote to communicate with TV. Ordered replacement remote and in Amazon fashion, the remote almost beat us home from vacation. It's an original replacement remote that works perfectly. ordered two to replace the opriginal. The lexie part does not work, the volume works okay nbut the channek change biutton works intermittently and takes a few trys to chang channels. Would not recommend them. Have the same problem with both.

as silly and simple as it sounds, there isn't any straightforward common sense way to open the remote and install batteries!? It'd not rechargeable nor solar charge capable. I think it is either poor manufacture or a complete rip off. I returned the remote and was promptly refunded the purchase price.
