I'd give 5 stars but took 20 minutes to get the cover off to put batteries in. When finally got off and batteries in it connected right to my tv.

Quite miraculous - you don't have to get up, you just push a button and the signal gets sent directly to your tv. It's like wizardry. On top of this being a pretty impressive and fairly decent remote, my dog finds them delicious. We are on our 4th one because it's more delectable than beggin strips. I'll update my review about the longevity of the remote if I can keep it out of my dog's reach. I am typically hesitant to buy replacement remotes and often spend WAY too much to replace a TV remote with the "brand name" of the TV to be identical to the one that seemingly comes up missing from time to time.
