I have a new smart TV purchased last year knowing that our current smart TV was begin to struggle with streaming. After testing to make sure the TV functioned properly with know screen defects, I set it aside and one of the grandkids misplaced the remote. I tried using a new Fire TV remote that I had purchased with a new USB 4K Fire stick, this didn't work at all. I tried using the iPhone app, some limited functionality. I found these 2 new remotes at a fraction of what it would have cost at BB where I purchased the smart TV. I tested one of them and it worked perfectly.

The remote was packaged nicely & was high quality. It had a nice weight & feel, not flimsy at all. The buttons were also easy to read. I had purchased it to replace a lost Hisense sounbar controller. Unfortunately it did not work on that device so I returned it. But it did pair well with 2 Vizio TVs & I may purchase this remote again to use with the TVs instead.

This remote is so much better than the remote my Samsung TV came with. It works so fast with no lag like my last remote. My only problem with it is it has no back/return button, so I can't use it with Youtube TV.

Great remote, highly recommend. The original Frame TV remotes are not my favorite. The USB-C charging doesn't work well and the solar charging takes a long time. Great in theory, challenging when you can't get your TV to function. We purchased this remote, it connected immediately, and the integration has been great. Cannot beat it for the price.
