The good: provides 135w as advertised. Design is solid and feels 'quality'. Cord is longer than typical for power adapters so it is handy. Comes with Velcro and plastic clip cord organizers. Price is excellent for a 135w HP power adapter. Brick doesn't get 'hot', just warm. The bad: the unit I received produces coil/capacitor whine/squeal, which could indicate bad/failing capacitor(s) or bad circuit board design layout. The squeal is noticeable to me and lasts until laptop is fully charged, so I need to place the charger well away from the computer (thankfully has nice long cord). As a backup or travel adapter this fits the bill, especially for the price but the squeal means it will not be my primary charger. ... show more

I got this to power on my HP G5 docking station that I just got. I didn’t have the right power adapter when I purchased it, so this Fitbit perfectly. The plug head fits great and flips over into the slot so that the docking station can lay on the table smoothly. I was able to connect all my monitors and devices and my laptop works as expected.
