My camper awning tore about 18 inches across the conection poit to the camper. I applied the tape on both sided of the awning and it works great. Make sure you clean the area (both sides) very well. After cleaning I wiped the areas down with alcohol and allowed it to dry completely before applying the tape. The tape has held up during storms,100 degree heat, and frequent opening and closings. I recommend this product. Be very careful to avoid touching the adhesive side, it is very sticky and difficult to remove from your skin. ... show more

We were hoping it would get us through the summer, but we’re fully prepared to be replacing the tape and for water to be leaking through. THIS TAPE HAS HELD ALL SUMMER!! Video shows backing tape to peel off but doesn’t have any backing tape. The roll seemed to be just like regular vinyl tape but thick. I used it on my trailer awning on a few weathered splitting and cracking areas. Only one side, will see how well this tape does in the summer sun and write a review later.
